How to submit a request
Email yooreach@uwhygame.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include your name, company, account email, connected shop identifier where applicable, and a description of the data you want deleted.
Verification
To protect account owners, we may ask you to verify your identity, authority over the relevant account and the scope of the request. Do not email passwords, access tokens or full identity documents unless requested through a secure process.
Processing
After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible data within a reasonable period and confirm completion. Certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
Disconnecting access
Where a platform authorization is involved, users may also revoke the application’s access through the applicable platform account settings. Revocation stops new authorized access but may not automatically delete historical records; submit a deletion request for that purpose.
